2. Fill the Amount of bitcoin you want to sell and click on Sell BTC to the trade.

By design of the system, the sell advertisement is only allowed to specify the minimum and maximum BTC amount in one trade, and your advertisement will operate until your available Bitcoin is exhausted. However, in some cases, you only want to sell a piece of Bitcoin you have, not all, you can use the following method:

Go to "BTC Wallet", then create a withdrawal request to any of your personal addresses with the amount you want to keep. As such, the balance in the withdrawal request has been frozen, and you can only sell up to your available Bitcoin. Remember to turn off your ads after you have sold your desired amount, when you want to re-use your frozen balance, just go to the history of withdrawal request, then cancel the request.

Example: You have 5 BTC, you want to sell 1 BTC only, you create withdrawal request with 4 BTC but do not confirm. On the other hand, you can just deposit the amount you want to sell into your PINKEXC ONLINE BTC wallet, and the rest you store in your wallet.
To create buy advertisement, you create one account Pinkexc Online and then to the DASHBOARD - > POST ADS- > Create advertisement Buy/Sell then, you can editing and trigger ads.

Condition: You must verify all details before making the ads.
The sellers usually release Bitcoins as soon as they see your payment, which can sometimes take an hour or two. If you've paid but are still waiting there is nothing to worry about, for all trades are protected by escrow and the seller cannot run away with your Bitcoin. If there are any issues with a trade and the seller won't release your Bitcoins, you can dispute the trade and provide your proof of payments on chat box, our PINKEXC ONLINE support will resolve it. When a trade you're involved in becomes disputed, you'll receive an notification and an email, in most cases simply starting the dispute is enough to get the attention of your trading partner. A disputed trade is usually resolved within 24-48 hours.

A dispute can no longer be re-started if the Bitcoins have been released from escrow. If your trade is released, so you can check your address in https://live.blockcypher.com/btc/ If the transaction is settled on Bitcoin network, so you need to check with your wallet provider. Normally, they require few confirmations before crediting for your account.
This answer concerns the case when you are buying Bitcoins. After you send in a trade request to the seller of Bitcoins, you have a time window to complete the payment before the trade is automatically canceled (the payment window varies depending on the payment method of the trade, normally 15 minutes by default).
During this time you need to complete your payment and press the "Mark as paid" button. The seller is notified that you've made the payment and the Bitcoins will be held in escrow until the seller releases them for you when seeing the payment in his/her account.
If you paid for the purchase, but did not mark as paid before the payment time window expired, the trade will be cancelled automatically and seller's bitcoin will be unfrozen, please contact us immediately or email to us admin@pinkexc.com with trade ref and kindly explain the situation and why you couldn't complete payment within the time window.
We will try to Reopen the trade and frozen the Seller Bitcoin. In case the trade cannot be reopened (because seller withdrew his Bitcoin or sold to other person), we will try to reach him or add him to our blacklist to ask for help, but for those cases, it's out of our control, we will contact you if he come back and trade with us again.
When sending Bitcoins to your PINKEXC ONLINE wallet, you need to wait for one confirmation from Bitcoin Network, it takes about 10-60 minutes. Transactions between Pinkexc Online Wallets is instantaneous. When withdrawing Bitcoins to your wallet, it may take few minutes for signing and relaying the BTC transaction, so please bear with us.
The Bitcoin network might be experiencing congestion, in this case transactions will take much longer to go through. Bitcoin transactions have to be confirmed by the Bitcoin network. When a transaction is made it gets sent into a transaction pool from where it is bundled up into blocks that Bitcoin miners confirm through mining. Blocks get mined on average every ten minutes and only a finite number of transactions can fit into each block. Sometimes blocks can take much longer or much less time to mine. On rare occasions there can be several hours between successfully mined blocks. This means that the pool of unconfirmed transactions grows larger than what can fit into a single block, making it take a long time for transactions to become confirmed. Once the transaction has been included in a block and has been mined, it has been confirmed once. When the confirmation count of the transaction is 1, the transaction appears in the receiving wallets. You can read more about confirmations on the Bitcoin wikipedia and you can see the current number of unconfirmed transactions on the Bitcoin network https://live.blockcypher.com/
You need to know the transaction id (TX ID) or the receiving wallet address (looks like: 1JF7RrjBzmVymz3cFeGWA7iVg3y6UXxyg) and the amount of Bitcoins transferred. On PINKEXC ONLINE you can get the transaction information from your wallet transaction history after you have made the transfer.

Go to https://live.blockcypher.com/ Type in the receiving address or the transactions ID (TXID) into the Search field. Use the Bitcoin amount to quickly identify transactions if the receiving address has several transactions incoming. Click the transaction to view more information about it Look for where it shows you how many confirmations the transaction has. If your transaction has... ...more than six confirmations: the receiving wallet should have received the transaction. Please contact the provider of the receiving wallet if the transaction still does not appear in the receiving wallet. ...0-6 confirmations or unconfirmed: the transaction has left the sending wallet and is still under way. ...you cannot find the transaction: the transaction never left from the sending wallet. Contact the provider of the sending wallet. Currently the minimum amount you can send to PINKEXC ONLINE is 0.005 BTC. Bitcoin deposits less than that are not processed.
You can’t buy Bitcoins without verifying your ID, and please note that many of our traders do require you to perform an ID verification before buying, though this requirement does change from country to country and trader to trader. When you verify your ID you get access to many more advertisements and better prices, it's well worth the inconvenience.
Please wait for buyers to make payments. The trade will be cancelled automatically after the payment window (which is specified when creating an advertisement) if the buyer doesn't make the payment. If the trade got cancelled (automatically or by buyer), even before your Bitcoin confirmed, Bitcoin will stay in your PINKEXC ONLINE wallet when it's confirmed. You can check the balance by click user profile on the top header bar then go to btc wallet. After that you can then sell to other buyer or withdraw later. If you want to sell to others you perform the same tasks, find suitable buyers and sell, you don't need transfer BTC because it was available at PINKEXC ONLINE wallet.
